Meet the Team - Ultimate Lifeguard Xperience

Ultimate Lifeguard Xperience

Troy Quinlan

Troy Quinlan has been a lifeguard at Bondi for 20 years, during which time he’s carried out thousands of rescues and expertly managed the beach’s most challenging situations. With a calm and confident approach, Troy is an Australian medalist in sand running and has competed in board, ski, and swim events at Australian titles. Growing up at Bronte Beach, his deep connection to the ocean shapes his approach to lifeguarding and teaching. If you don’t catch him on duty at Bondi, you might see him surfing the rescue board, one of his favorite pastimes. As a committed lifeguard, mentor, and coach, Troy is passionate about sharing his knowledge and skills. Whether you’re a parent looking to boost your child’s water safety, a company seeking a unique team-building experience, or simply someone who loves the ocean, Ultimate Lifeguard Xperience offers a hands-on, unforgettable adventure.
